Savory Baking Garden
I’m Chef Chua — a mom who loves baking and sharing.
It all started with a simple wish to make healthy desserts for my kids.
I never imagined that this small act of love would grow into something bigger,
inspiring many like-minded people to join me.
From my kitchen to a classroom, from passion to profession,
baking has allowed me to witness many beautiful transformations —
Students gained skills, started side businesses, and rediscovered joy in life.
Now, I hope to use my journey to walk alongside others,
and help them create their own “sweet” path in life.
My Highlight
2005
Fell in love with baking — it all started with making healthy, homemade desserts for my children.
2012
Encouraged by friends and family to start selling.
Launched signature “Pineapple Tarts” made with homemade crystal pineapple jam, and later introduced the best-selling “Sambal Mooncakes” for Mid-Autumn Festival.
2015
Held the first physical baking class —
officially stepping into the world of teaching.
2017
Launched online courses, making it possible for more people to learn baking anytime, anywhere.
2019
Opened my own studio — a dedicated, warm, and safe learning space for students to bake with comfort and confidence.
2022
Reached over 10,000 students and conducted more than 1,000 baking classes. We continues to expand across the country.
Our Mission
We believe that everyone can learn to bake from scratch,
and use this skill to create their own path to income.
Turning passion into ability, and baking into a source of income —
this is the mission we uphold as we walk alongside every student.
